What is Plastic Card Services?
Plastic Card Services is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of plastic cards and associated services. They work with clients across multiple markets in the UK, Europe and Worldwide, including retail, finance, hotels, travel and leisure, and the public sector.
They operate from a purpose-built manufacturing plant in Cheshire, producing over 50 million plastic cards each year for FTSE 100 companies and household names including Slimming World, Coop Denmark, Booths and Showcase Cinemas.
What did the project involve?
While working with an agency as a Technical Digital Project Manager, PCS came to us to revamp their existing website, to better display their visually stunning, high-quality product range.
The website was to be reworked the ground up, with an emphasis on high-resolution product and machinery photography encapsulated in a sleek, responsive design that reflected their forward-thinking ethos.
An extensive scoping process for a number of unique features preceded a full design and build project, culminating in the launch of the website on a tailored hosting platform that we helped set up with technical consultation.
Mediating between a professional product photographer, we commissioned some fantastic shots of not only the products, but also the process of card manufacturing on-site, culminating in a visually vibrant website crammed full of reasons to choose PCS as your card supplier.
