What is Creams?
Creams is a modern, elegant Tea Room franchise that is taking the UK by storm. On this project, I was lucky to be able to provide support in the form of my Project Management expertise.
Working with the team as a Digital Project Manager, we achieved a complete website re-launch, taking the project from initial enquiry, through concept development all the way to launch.
What did the project involve?
The directors of Creams approached us with their vision, and gave us information regarding their branding and outlook for the company as a whole.
Taking on-board the ideas of the driven Creams directors, I helped make their vision for the company online presence become a reality, filling in technical requirements and helping with queries regarding how they would achieve their goals.
This was a full design and build project, working with a comprehensive list of content so as to formulate a website that was as elegant and tasty as the Creams products themselves.
Finally, launch onto a custom hosting platform and some aftercare, including assistance with how to use the CMS so that the client was comfortable with managing the site themselves moving forward.
